Dynamics CRM Security Provider 2.1 rev. 150403 is released

Tested with 7.2 rev.141226 (Update-3) and 7.5 rev.150130 (Update-1).

The package Dynamics CRM Security Provider 2.1 runs on Sitecore 7.2 and later (including 8.0 Update 2).

The package Dynamics CRM Campaign Integration for WFFM 2.1 can be used for all versions of WFFM (2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 8.0).

Adding support of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015

Issues resolved:

Broken UI of CRM Save Actions wizard in the Form Designer that appears on Sitecore XP 8. This has been fixed. (TFS issue: 42843)
It is not possible to configure CRM Save Actions to use the value from another CRM field to populate a CRM field. This has been fixed.
Search does not work in the “Look Up Records” dialog while configuring CRM Save Actions in the Form Designer. This has been fixed.
Not working paging in the “Look Up Records” dialog while configuring CRM Save Actions in the Form Designer. This has been fixed.

2. Known issues

The following known issues have been found in the Dynamics CRM Campaign Integration.

Firefox UI issue: Not all values are visible in the "Look Up Records" dialog during configuring the "Create CRM Entity" save action.
Workaround: use Chrome or Internet Explorer to configure this save action.
